Harsh Binani is an Indian Entrepreneur and co-founder of Smartworks the largest managed space provider. Harsh Binani's beginnings were modest, but he always believed in getting big.

Harsh is an alumnus of Northwestern University -Kellogg School of Management, Illinois with an MBA degree in business studies. He is an Economics graduate of Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi.


He also holds the CFP (Centre for Financial Planning) designation in risk management, investment and retirement planning.


Harsh Binani started his professional career with chances he was given to experience the world before he could pursue his future plans. With over seven years' working experience in commercial and residential real estate consulting, he's worked for "Mckinsey" the world's premier consulting firm in Chicago.


Through his five years at Mckinsey the firm, he was focused on operational and strategic issues involving infrastructure, insurance, and healthcare.


He also worked as an Assistant Chief of Staff at Medanta Medicity, spearheading key strategic initiatives for the CEO.


Harsh Binani was introduced to the latest workspaces in his time abroad, which made clear to him what he wanted from possible future strategies.


He took the decision to join Neetish Sarda, a man who was brewing with passion with his latest business, Smartworks.


Harsh Binani came to Smartworks in 2017, bringing in more ideas, passion and exceptional people skills to the team.


After the introduction of Harsh Binani and Neetish Sarda, Smartworks witnessed an exponential increase which paved the way towards more creative approaches to make your work space a much more enjoyable experience.


At first Smartworks began as a co working space, however Harsh Binani as well as Neetish Sarda soon realised that to be a very crowded market that had little to no innovation in terms of products and technology or the target audience.


Once they had narrowed down their people who provide services to Harsh Binani who was looking to break into larger enterprises, which was a challenge in itself.


Large corporations were already set in traditional workspaces that had certain patterns and services.


With initial setbacks in the process and feedback, Harsh Binani returned time and time back to the drawing board coming up with a fresh idea on who can be the deciding factor to change the mindset of large corporations.


After years of studying, changing strategies and pitching different ideas, it came to pass! Smartworks gained their first client and from that point on, it's always been a high path.
